Generally speaking, combined architecture and interiors fees will cost between 10 and 18 percent of the cost of construction. Fees are based on complexity, size, and scope. Send me an inquiry to understand more specifically how much you project fees might cost.

Yes, after we’ve had an inquiry call we can schedule a one-hour, on-site consultation to meet in person, walk through your space and define the project’s scope. I charge $400 for initial site consultations. Following this visit, I’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the fees and phases. A follow-up proposal review meeting is scheduled as part of this service.
